Description:
Functions include: the ability to interact with patients for 20-40 minutes, following allergy protocols, answering patient calls, taking patient histories, giving injections, performing allergy skin tests, obtaining authorizations, preparing exam rooms, sterilization techniques, etc.
Reconcile existing information for established patients manually or via patient portal. i.e. past medical history, current medications, surgeries and family history. Ensure appropriate boxes are indicated in EMR to document the scribe acknowledgement.
Provide briefing of each patient prior to physician entering the exam room.
Reviews charts at the end of patient encounters, verifying accuracy before physician signs off on chart note. Identify any discrepancies and/or missing information.
Obtaining proper consent forms and ensuring proper scope of practice is followed.
Sterilize instruments in accordance with CDC, ENTAAF and if applicable with Autoclave manufacturer requirements i.e. cold sterilization autoclave.
Requirements:
Minimum TWO years' HANDS ON Clinical experience, working knowledge of medical terminology, strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice, strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians and team members. Must be current with your License or Medical Assistant certification or willing to participate and pass our in house 1 year employee commitment training course and National test. Allergy experience is a plus. Must be able to travel as needed between the office locations. Mileage reimbursement may be given.
Physical Demands: Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of medical equipment and office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Clinical Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Incumbent must also be able to assist patients in transferring from wheelchair to an Allergy Testing chair, when necessary. Fairstead is seeking an Associate, Portfolio Management to join our real estate team. In this role, you will play a key part in both the financial and operational performance of our national portfolio. You will be responsible for analyzing property-level financials, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting strategies that enhance asset value and drive long-term returns.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough financial analysis, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and financial modeling to evaluate the performance and potential of each property.</li>
<li>Create and manage asset-level business plans including execution of identified initiatives throughout the calendar year</li>
<li>Work closely with affiliated management company to devise and carry out property strategies and business plans for each property, including site visits</li>
<li>Assist with communications and reporting with lenders, investors, and third-party owners</li>
<li>Complete RFPs and other tasks related to third party property management opportunities</li>
<li>Responsible for the portfolio roll-out and operations of ancillary business ventures</li>
<li>Review asset performance to identify revenue opportunities and expense saving projects across Fairstead's portfolio</li>
<li>Work with compliance department to ensure properties are in good standing</li>
<li>Prepare ad hoc internal performance reports and updates for senior management, investment, and other stakeholders</li>
<li>Present investment strategies, financial analyses, and portfolio performance in a clear and concise manner</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, property management teams and outside brokers</li>
<li>Assist with making recommendations for refinancing, disposition, or other capital events to achieve determined financial milestones or outcomes.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3+ years real estate experience required</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree required</li>
<li>Experience in asset management and/or operations in the multifamily asset class</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program gained from asset management, operations or development.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work cross-departmental through Fairstead's different verticals</li>
<li>Knowledge of the NYC residential and retail rental market a plus</li>
<li>Financial modeling (Microsoft Excel) and analytical skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and finance.</li>
<li>Yardi and RealPage experience</li>
<li>· Team – oriented, organized, strong project management skills and follow-through</li>
<li>25% travel required</li>

IVFMD - Jupiter is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - IVF Coordinator. <li>Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient.</li>
<li>Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post-operative care.</li>
<li>Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records.</li>

To do this effectively, we believe you'll need the following:
