They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge &amp; Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements •Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. •Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. •In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.Qualifications What it Takes Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
