The role of a Facilities Technician is to work on general and technical upkeep of our venue.THE ROLE

<li>Complete all maintenance and repair tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager and Supervisor</li>
<li>Maintain the entertainment and gaming spaces inside the venue</li>
<li>Keep assigned equipment in proper working condition</li>
<li>Maintain grounds, lawns, and sprinkler systems</li>
<li>Perform minor repairs on facility plumbing, electrical system, and other miscellaneous things</li>
<li>Maintain a proper inventory and par levels of equipment, supplies, and other items</li>
<li>Uphold safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to clearly communicate with managers and guests</li>
<li>Can learn how to work with PCs and servers, hard drives</li>
<li>Perform computer related immediate solutions</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of software/hardware installations and troubleshooting</li>

Qualifications

This role has a minimum base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.
Purpose:
Floor &amp; Decor strives to be the one-stop destination for our professional clients (PRO customer) in the hard surface flooring contractor space. &nbsp;This position is focused on building relationships with our PRO customers and in turn earning their trust, while helping grow their business. This position reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports the execution of Floor and Decor's PRO priorities.
Primary responsibilities include understanding trends in the PRO Market, collaboration with the Installation Materials and Design Services departments in order to build the sales organization and serve our PRO customers.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

<li>High School diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree or higher is a plus.</li>
<li>1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.</li>

Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to the highest levels to create a world class experience for our PRO Customers.

PURPOSE This position is responsible for providing leadership of the Pro business within a designated sales territory by driving sales growth and profitability using appropriate marketing and sales methodologies and building account relationships. Monitor key performance indicators for assigned professional customers, and meet or exceed financial performance to plan by working with the Chief Executive Merchant and Regional Pro Services Manager. Review pertinent Pro customer satisfaction results to understand customers' perspectives, and use the information to drive local decisions and strategies to improve competitive edge. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Prospect continuously for new clients through a variety of techniques, including telephone solicitation, in-store sales and occasional outside sales.</li>
<li>Maintain current list of all prospects in electronic database as specified by company</li>
<li>Develop pricing and business development strategies in collaboration with and under the direction of company and/or location management</li>
<li>Work with company sales, operations and marketing department to focus sales efforts on developed and internet leads and in developing campaigns to maximize sales efforts</li>
<li>Participate in trade associations, trade shows and assists in other promotional efforts</li>
<li>Analyze local market to identify market opportunities, prospective companies and associated buyers</li>

Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers in the industry</li>
<li>Greet store customers in a helpful manner and supports store design walk-in needs</li>
<li>Schedule design appointments for existing and potential customers, while developing clientele through networking and referrals, as well as leads generated within the store</li>
<li>Providing tile, wood, stone and accessories advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for both residential and commercial projects.</li>
<li>Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions</li>
<li>Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with a high level of accuracy, timeliness and follow-up including consistent and concise communication to customers and others. Proficient and consistent use of company communication tools and emails are required</li>
<li>Collaborate, partner and communicate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, and achieve sales and other goals</li>
<li>Enthusiastically support all company initiatives and goals by modeling and coaching best practices with store employees</li>
<li>Engage in current and emerging design trends in your market</li>
<li>Responsible for understanding and utilizing design applications i.e.; Salesforce, proprietary Online Design Appointment Scheduler, MyProject&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in local professional affiliation like ASID, NKBA</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

<li>Limited travel may be required by car</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.&nbsp; The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.</li>

Physical/Sensory Requirements
Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.&nbsp; The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
