Job Summary:
The Case Manager (CM) is responsible for assisting the Clinical team in coordinating, implementing and executing various patient related affairs to assist the patients while they are in treatment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Position Summary:
JFPBC seeks a Director of Development to manage a high-capacity donor portfolio, strategically engaging donors and prospects across diverse segments of the community. The Director will cultivate current and new donors to drive significant Annual Campaign and Targeted Gifts results. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging high net-worth individuals to support the efforts of JFPBC and to actively participate in The Federation’s Campaign today, (Annual Campaign) and tomorrow and forever (Legacy Giving). Pay Rate:
In addition to benefits, the annual salary range for this role begins at $90,000. <li>Provide effective communication to clients, their families, team members, and other health care professionals. Regular participation in Case Conferences. </li>
