<li>Strategically create schedules for students for Training and Testing in accordance with available team members.</li>
<li>Maintain ELDT compliance as well as compliance with all other State and Federal agencies for self, trainers under your command, and for the facility location.</li>
<li>Perform all other related duties as requested by the CEO/Owner of FleetForce.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>At least three (3) years of driving experience preferred.</li>
<li>Required to have a High School Diploma or Equivalency.</li>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment Background and Drug/Alcohol test.</li>
<li>Must be able to provide Driver’s License, MVR, and DOT Medical Certificate.</li>
<li>Must meet FMCSA Requirements.</li>
<li>You must be proficient enough in English to understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, make entries on reports and records, and converse with the public.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Commercial Driver License programs is not required but requested.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Computer Programs.</li>
<li>Strong Organization, Time Management Skills, and ability to set Priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret Statutes, Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, and Attention to Detail</li>
<li>Ability to build relationships with internal teams.</li>
</ul>
Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Required to stand on pavement for long periods, walk, and sit.</li>
<li>Able to input, store and output on a (computer) keyboard and other office equipment.</li>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.</li>
<li>Ability to have hand-eye coordination.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.</li>
<li>Exposed to very hot temperatures while working outside.</li>
<li>Ability to deal with sounds or noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable.</li>
