Works directly with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Heart Institute Administrator, and other clinical leaders to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing operations for assigned services/departments. Directs goals and objectives for the department(s) and projects/programs assigned in collaboration with the medical, clinical, and administrative leadership teams to ensure standards of professional practice, regulatory requirements, continuous performance improvement initiatives, financial accountability, and responsibility are optimized and in compliance. &nbsp;Collaborates with leaders and directs improvements in employee engagement, well-being, and patient family experience. &nbsp;Supports and upholds the Health System's Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors, Patient Bill of Rights, and the Code of Business and Ethical Conduct.

<li>Responsible for developing and maintaining a capable nursing leadership team that is accountable for coordinated and efficient day-to-day operations, across the Heart Institute. Oversees and supports talent development of the leadership team to ensure succession planning, mentorship, and coaching within departments leading to strategic goal accomplishment. Provides ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring to leaders and staff. &nbsp;Builds a high-performance environment by fostering staff empowerment, holding team members accountable, utilizes the department engagement champions to increase staff communication, recognition, and talent retention.&nbsp; </li>

<li>Serve as a voting member of the Heart Institute Executive Committee (HIEC) representing nursing and overall service line short and long-term interests as they relate to clinical outcomes, staff engagement, and customer service. <li>Remains current with state and federal associations, professional trends, and by participating in community activities. Actively involved in a professional organization. Shares best practices with nursing leadership. Develops, reviews and revises departmental policies and procedures and assures the department's compliance with DNV, state, and federal regulations, as well as current evidence-based guidelines.&nbsp; </li>

Recognizes staff members who are identified by families and helps embed a culture of service excellence with all staff.&nbsp; </li>

 The hiring range for this position in Orlando/The Woodlands is $159,800 - $214,200 per year, in Bristol/LA/DC/Chicago it is $167,700 - $224,900 per year, in NYC/Seattle it is $175,800 - $235,700 per year, and in San Francisco it is $183,700 - $246,400 per year The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Job DescriptionThe Training Scheduling Administrator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all crew training events to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies. This role plays a critical part in administering training schedules. Job Duties:

<li>Create, coordinate and manage training schedules </li>
<li>Analyze training reports </li>
<li>Manage classroom and instructor schedules </li>

Education:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. </li>
</ul>
Experience &amp; Skills Required:

<li>Minimum 2-4 years of experience in airline scheduling, training coordination, or related field. </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs) related to training and flight crew requirements. </li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling tools. </li>
