What You’ll Do

Compensation:
$80,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and execute customized estate plans tailored to client needs</li>
<li>Provide legal counsel and guidance on estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters</li>
<li>Prepare for and lead client meetings, including signing and review sessions</li>
<li>Provide thorough guidance to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li>
<li>Review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and probate pleadings</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of organization, integrity, and client-focused professionalism</li>
<li>Handle in-office and occasional off-site client signings</li>
<li>Respond to trust funding, probate, or estate planning follow-up questions</li>
<li>Participate in new and existing client consultations, with a goal of high engagement rates</li>
<li>Serve as a support resource to our internal legal and management team</li>
<li>Perform administrative follow-up tasks and client file documentation</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Active Florida Bar license in good standing</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in Estate Planning and Probate Law</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to independently manage client matters and deadlines</li>
<li>Proficient in managing sensitive matters with empathy and discretion</li>
<li>Strong client engagement and retention focus</li>

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing daily accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, payments, and maintaining vendor records. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt to payment processing.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform daily A/P functions including receiving bills, confirming accuracy, coding, payables entry, and payment.</li>
<li>Manage the full cycle accounts payable process, including entering invoices into the system, processing payments, cutting checks, and maintaining vendor records.</li>
<li>Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.</li>
<li>Process 3-way match (Vendor Invoice, Purchase Order, Receipt or Receiving Documents) to ensure correct information before processing payment.</li>
<li>Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.</li>
<li>Process check requests and audit credit card bills.</li>
<li>Match invoices to checks, obtain all necessary signatures, and distribute checks accordingly.</li>
<li>Maintain 1099 vendor tax forms.</li>
<li>Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements, researching and correcting discrepancies.</li>
<li>Assist in month-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations related to accounts payable.</li>
<li>Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate's degree or comparable college credit with 2+ years related experience or equivalent experience in accounts payable.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.</li>
<li>Experience handling a high volume of invoices, ideally 750-1000 per week or at least 500+ per week.</li>
<li>SAP experience preferred or experience with large ERP systems.</li>
</ul>

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
