Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist – SRT contributes to AHF by being assigned to more than one location, based on scheduling/geographical needs. Expanding primary functions of pharmacist such as providing individualized health promotion &amp; disease prevention, including vaccine, long-acting HIV medicine administration, Diabetes monitoring, Nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers.

The Clinical Pharmacist – SRT enhances the reputation of AHF by improving the outcomes of AHF patients, enhancing current AHF services, expanding opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction, and assisting with ongoing development of the AHF Healthcare System. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. 
To be successful as the Clinical Pharmacist – SRT, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Clinical Pharmacist – SRT will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including the administration of immunization, Diabetes and Smoking Cessation programs, as well as other subject matter expertise (SME) programs developed by AHF, with appropriate collaborative drug therapy management authority. Includes prescriptive authority where this is legally &amp; organizationally authorized, such as PrEP and PEP therapies. 

Licenses and Certifications: State Pharmacist License, and willing to obtain multiple state licenses post hire

Travel Requirements: This position will primarily cover scheduled and unscheduled absences—including vacation, sick leave, and FMLA—across our pharmacies in Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach areas, as well as other sites in the FL region as needed.
