Seeking a COTA, Occupational Therapy Assistant to cover therapy services in West Palm Beach, FL 33418 in a Home Setting:
 
We are an outpatient therapy at home provider seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner</li>
<li>Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence</li>
<li>Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members</li>
<li>Keeps timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Occupational Therapy-OTA.</li>
<li>Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study</li>
<li>Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant </li>
<li>Lymphedema Certified-CLT a plus but not required</li>
