We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) or Full Account Executive to help expand our B2B client base and fuel our growth. You’ll work directly with the founder in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where initiative and creativity are rewarded. You will be a key new revenue driver for our B2B business.
Role Overview
You’ll be generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and strategic outreach. Depending on your experience and goals, this position offers flexibility - from focusing purely on appointment setting to managing the entire sales cycle through to close (with corresponding compensation).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, social outreach and in-person meetings to identify and qualify prospective clients
- Schedule and coordinate prospect appointments
- Manage leads and track all interactions within our CRM system
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and strong communication
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and support demand generation campaigns
- Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and market trends
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Make site visits / presentations to prospective clients
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B inside sales or telemarketing, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or MSP environment.
- Strong command of English - both spoken and written.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Must reside in Southwest Florida (Naples preferably) and be available and working during normal business hours (Eastern Time). Other travel to include going to prospect and client sites, as well as in-person meetings with Team members as required.
Preferred:
- Prior experience selling IT services, software, or technology solutions.
- Experience working for an MSP or managed IT provider.
- Familiarity with social media management or digital prospecting.

- Base pay plus commission - earn recurring revenue / trails on contracts secured
- Higher commission tiers for independently closed deals.
