Key Responsibilities and duties
No High school diploma needed
Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities and condition against shipping documents Inspect goods for damage, accuracy, and compliance before packing Pack products for export using appropriate materials (crates, pallets, cartons, shrink wrap, strapping, etc.) Prepare shipments to meet export standards, including weight distribution, labeling, and protection for international transit Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment Accurately label packages with shipping marks, handling instructions, and destination information Assist with basic export documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, etc.) Clean and Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with OSHA guidelines Follow company procedures, quality standards, and deadlines Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics partners as needed Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or export packing preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Forklift certification preferred Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team, Clean and maintain clean Work Environment Warehouse and shipping facility Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions required May work in non-climate-controlled environments 30°ree; F - 100°ree; F.
