We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (Support can include responding to inquiries)
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products..
Qualifications:
- 4-40 Insurance license is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus!!
- 2-15 Insurance license is a plus, will need to obtain within 90 days.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
