PrideStaff, on behalf of our client in Hallandale Beach, is seeking a self-motivated B2B Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual looking to advance their career, supported by a base salary and an uncapped commission structure. This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Demonstrating self-starting initiative and embracing a start-up mentality.
- Developing and nurturing client relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Collaborating effectively with the internal team to ensure seamless workflow and execution.
- Leading your own sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicator expectations.
- Communicating effectively with the team and other departments.
- Actively contributing to the team and being goal-oriented.
- Creating and fostering relationships.
- Being comfortable communicating via email, phone, and video.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Open to constructive conversations and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
