The Role
This is an execution-focused Executive Assistant for Sales & Marketing supporting the Owner and revenue leadership. You own execution across CRM, revenue tools, meetings, and follow-through—so sales and marketing work moves from decision to completion.
You’ll spend meaningful time in HubSpot, dashboards, and task systems, capturing decisions, enforcing standards, and driving projects forward.
This role ensures execution stays tight and nothing stalls.
What You’ll Own

Keep sales and marketing moving by capturing decisions, tracking tasks, and closing loops

Run the day-to-day of HubSpot: pipelines, data hygiene, lists, and basic workflows

Ensure calls, forms, and messages route correctly through VOIP, WhatsApp, and the website

Build and deliver simple revenue dashboards leadership actually uses

Support events, field marketing, and recruiting so details don’t slip

Turn notes, Looms, and conversations into clean SOPs and playbooks
What Makes You a Fit

2+ years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or EA support for a revenue team

Comfortable living in HubSpot or a similar CRM

You like structure, checklists, and clean data more than brainstorming sessions

You naturally turn messy conversations into tasks, owners, and deadlines

You follow things through without needing reminders
Location
Hybrid, South Florida–based.
Some local travel between Fort Lauderdale & West Palm Beach with occasion travel to Treasure Coast or regional events.
