Director of Strategy & Financial Planning

  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for aligning a company's strategic goals with its financial plan, which involves forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance to guide decision-making. This role requires strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, and typically involves managing a team, collaborating with other departments, and presenting findings to executives.

Key responsibilities.

  • Strategic planning:
    Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies that support the company's overall vision.
  • Financial forecasting and budgeting:
    Overseeing the creation of detailed budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Performance analysis:
    Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve performance and manage risks.
