POSITION: Job Ad Creator/Manager-Create, post and manage Job Ad Postings on Major Job Boards including social media. We are seeking a Recruiting savvy professional not to recruit but to focus on Developing Career candidates looking for positions utilizing major job board advertising and Social Media advertising. You will be responsible for creating and developing engaging Career Ads and content on major job boards and social media.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and Update Job Board Postings Daily and Create Compelling Ad Copy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years of experience in creating, posting and managing a high volume of Job Ads

• Full Cycle Recruiting Experience in a high volume fast paced environment

• Social Media Savvy LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Job Ads

• Highly Detailed Oriented

EXPERIENCE:
• Employment Ad Copy writing experience is a must for job portals and social media platforms
