Job DescriptionThe Busser position is responsible to clear the table after each course and maintain the table until the guest departs.
Essential Duties:
- Greeting customers
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Processing payment
- Setting tables
- Clearing tables
- Suggesting menu options and wine pairings
- Ensure each guest is satisfied with their food
- Knowledgeable in alcohol pairings
- Able to make drinks at guests requests
Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to carry 20 lbs.
- Fluency in job-related English both verbal and non-verbal.
- 2 to 3 years experience upscale casual restaurant.
- Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
