October Three, an innovative, team-oriented retirement services company, is hiring a Mail Fulfillment Coordinator, and Peoplr is excited to be leading the search.

In this role, you will process inbound and outbound mail, manage client P.O. boxes, track undeliverable mail, support bulk mailings, and oversee secure shredding and file storage—playing a key role in the daily operations that keep pension administration running smoothly and securely. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position in Jacksonville, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, quality-focused team.

Must Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role with demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Proficient in computer use, data entry, and mail room equipment such as printers, scanners, and postage meters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a regulated environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement; brings an eye for process enhancements and innovation
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license with a clean record, and compliant auto insurance per company policy
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting others, coordinating tasks, and contributing to collaborative success
  • High school diploma
