In this role, you will play a vital part in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized financial records through effective bookkeeping practices.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
• Prepare and process invoices, including verifying and posting entries.
• Handle journal entries and ensure proper documentation for financial activities.
• Assist in compiling financial reports and statements as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding financial data.
• Support the team in administrative tasks related to accounting operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and its functionalities.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ability to process invoices and handle journal entries effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Background in services requiring attention to detail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
