Cape Coral, FL | $20–23/hr + Full Benefits

Our established HVAC company in Cape Coral is looking for a Service Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our team and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first friendly voice customers hear – answering phones and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate technician schedules, dispatching multiple techs to the right jobs at the right time.
- Process warranties and support smooth operations for service calls.
- Manage permits and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date (permitting experience a big plus!).
- Keep the office organized – from scheduling to filing to CRM updates.
- Work closely with our team to support both customers and field technicians.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a trade-based business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM/dispatching software (FieldEdge, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro).
- Excellent communication & phone skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Bonus: Prior permitting experience in trades or construction.
