Customer Service & Collections Specialist
Location: Onsite | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 6 months (07/07/2025 to 01/12/2026)

Join our client as a Customer Service & Collections Specialist and play a vital role in managing customer relationships, addressing escalations, and supporting collections efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage complex billing issues and maintain detailed documentation.
- Contact customers with past-due accounts and follow up until resolution.
- Return accounts after 90+ days of non-payment and send final-billed accounts to collections.
- Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and share learnings with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience handling collections or working with past-due accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
