Class A CDL Driver
Position Title: Class A CDL Driver
Location: Local - Tampa Bay Area- Pinellas, Pasco, Hills
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $25-30 an hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from various destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to punctuality, safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to maintain equipment. Overtime available.
We haul old Air Conditioning units. You must be able to help load, and strap cargo with no physical limitations, and be able to work outdoors the majority of the time.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate Class A commercial vehicles (flatbed trailers, van, open top, and straight trucks) to transport goods over short distances.

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.

Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 1 yearsof commercial driving experience.

Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Excellent time management and navigation skills.

Physically able to load/unload cargo when required (up to 50 lbs).
Work Environment:

No long distance or overnights. Home every single day.

Exposure to varying weather conditions and open air environments.
