Job Description
This job requires a person to prepare, cook and present pizzas and related menu items according to the recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Responsibilities include
- Preparing the dough from scratch, preparing the sauces and chip toppings.
- Assemble pizzas according to specific recipes
- operate and monitor ovens to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures
- Prepare complementary items such as calzones, Stromboli's and salads
- responsible for quality control by inspecting pizzas for proper appearance, topping distribution and crust before serving
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including cleaning ovens, utensils and surrounding areas
- Monitor ingredient stock, notify management of low inventory
- Musty be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in high temperature area
- Must be able to work well with fellow employees
- Pay will be based upon experience
Must be able to work weekends and evenings We are closed Monday and Tuesdays and all major holidays
