Document Tracking Clerk
Location: Margate, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $15–$16/hour
Benefits: 15 days PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Tracking Clerk to support our Document Tracking Department. This role involves processing digital paperwork, data entry, outbound calls to physician offices and patients, and reviewing orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Review unsigned physician orders to confirm communication methods and assigned providers.

Contact physician offices to verify preferred delivery methods and update contact information.

Send documents using various delivery methods.

Review signed documents to ensure they meet company criteria prior to uploading.

Perform sorting and uploading of digital paperwork.

Conduct accurate and timely data entry.

Handle additional clerical tasks to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work under moderate supervision.

Strong problem-solving skills.
