Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media management, performance marketing, client communication, and digital strategy, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
- Understand client goals, brand voice, and industry landscape to develop effective digital strategies.
- Present reports, campaign results, and strategic recommendations regularly.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).
- Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and campaign workflows.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with creatives, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging content.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with performance marketing specialists to optimize ad spend and audience targeting.
Project & Team Coordination
- Manage internal teams including designers, copywriters, strategists, and media buyers to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Ensure all outputs align with client expectations and brand standards.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM/automation platforms.
- Provide monthly reports with insights, recommendations, and future strategies.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing tactics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or account management—agency experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and digital best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout, and CRM/automation platforms.
