Your Role and Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads.

Originate mortgage loans across multiple states where you are licensed.

Provide expert guidance to clients on rate options and loan structuring.

Actively manage your loan pipeline using our intuitive, streamlined systems.

Collaborate effectively with our in-house processing and support teams.

Build and enhance your professional online brand with assistance from our marketing specialists.

(Optional) Participate in our referral program to establish a long-term income stream by recruiting new Loan Officers.
Who We're Looking For:

Possession of an active NMLS license.

Currently licensed and/or based in the U.S. (with a focus on: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IN, LA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NC, NE, OH, OK, PA, TX).

A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending.

Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
