- $21/hour base pay + performance-based bonus
Job Summary:
TTEC is hiring Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agents to work remotely across approved U.S. states. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you’ll assist individuals in understanding their healthcare coverage options and guide them toward the best-fit plans—all while delivering service with empathy and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in understanding healthcare coverage and selecting appropriate plans and services
- Manage full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound follow-ups
- Provide solutions with compassion and professionalism
- Identify customer needs and offer upgrades or alternative products as necessary
- Complete enrollment or renewal of health plans with expected sales conversions
Required Qualifications:
- Active health insurance license in your state of residence
- High-speed internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- At least 6 months of sales experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
- Strong customer service orientation with empathy and listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with navigating multiple computer systems in a remote environment
