Product Receiver
The product receiver is responsible to check in all deliveries, ensuring that orders are accurate and that product meets food safety standards. The receiver will communicate closely with the Chefs and Kitchen Manager about stock levels and potential product issues.
We thrive in a team-driven environment and value individuals who collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Early Morning, Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Verify and receive truck deliveries
- Properly store and organize incoming inventory
- Communicate inventory concerns to management
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable bending, flexing, and moving items as needed
- Safe handling of tools such as box cutters and dollies
