Exciting opportunity to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Professional for a brand new manufactured home community located in Homestead, Florida!
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our team in Homestead, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new home sales of a new development, increasing occupancy, and enhancing the value of our community through smart sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Identify and follow up on leads and referrals to drive traffic and close sales.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and maintain a positive image of the community.
- Partner with regional support and the Property Manager to coordinate the sale of new homes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and lenders to implement financing strategies and streamline the sales process.
- Prepare advertising materials and promotional content to increase visibility and attract prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience required; home sales or other property sales is preferred.
- Experience in performing Real Estate Market Analysis.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license.
