CPA firm in Boca Raton seeking a Full-Time Tax Manager to join our team! An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Public Accounting.


We seek someone with tax preparation and/or review experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Tax return preparation/review – Corporate, Partnership, and Individual.
  • Preparation/review of monthly financial and accounting reports.
  • Trust, Estate, and Gift tax experience is a plus.
  • International tax experience is a plus.
  • Payroll Tax and Sales Tax filings are a plus.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting and tax skills.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional hours are required to meet IRS tax deadlines quarterly and during tax season.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Software proficiency:

  • QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Creative Solutions – UltraTax.
  • Creative Solutions – Accounting CS (a plus).
  • Lacerte (a plus).
  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Doc-it/Safesend (a plus).
