CPA firm in Boca Raton seeking a Full-Time Tax Manager to join our team! An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Public Accounting.
We seek someone with tax preparation and/or review experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Tax return preparation/review – Corporate, Partnership, and Individual.
- Preparation/review of monthly financial and accounting reports.
- Trust, Estate, and Gift tax experience is a plus.
- International tax experience is a plus.
- Payroll Tax and Sales Tax filings are a plus.
Qualifications:

- Strong accounting and tax skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional hours are required to meet IRS tax deadlines quarterly and during tax season.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Software proficiency:
- QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Creative Solutions – UltraTax.
- Creative Solutions – Accounting CS (a plus).
- Lacerte (a plus).
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Doc-it/Safesend (a plus).
