Contract Recruiter (Contract Role)
Overview
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across our Sales organizations. This role will partner closely with Sales leaders, HR, and the Talent Acquisition team to source, assess, and hire top commercial talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced recruiting for sales roles in fast‑paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for Sales and Sales Support roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and offer support.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for roles such as Account Executives, Account Managers, and other commercial positions.
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screens to evaluate candidates’ experience, performance history, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with Sales or commercial roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience filling quota‑carrying or client‑facing positions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple searches.
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
