Position: Licensed ACA Health Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (on-site)
Hours: Monday–Friday 10 AM – 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls and enroll customers into ACA health insurance plans.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance while guiding clients through the enrollment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong closing techniques and a results-driven approach.
Requirements:
• Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License required. NEWLY LICENSED AGENTS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!!!
• FFM 2025 Certification required.
• Licensed in 7–10 states preferred.
• Previous experience in health insurance sales highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Compensation & Growth:
• Weekly Earnings Potential: $1,000–$2,000.
• Commission-Only Pay Structure.
• Earn $10 per enrolled member on $0 premium plans.
• Earn $25 per enrolled member on any plan with a monthly premium.
