Job Title: Executive Assistant $23-$31hr (Temporary)
Location: Fort Myers FL 33965
Duration: Temporary position lasting up to 3 months (as short as less than 1 month, depending on needs)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide temporary support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leaders

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics

  • Draft professional communications, including emails, memos, and internal updates

  • Prepare presentations and compile materials for meetings and briefings

  • Conduct research and gather relevant materials to support decision-making

  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support the coordination of events, programs, and key initiatives

  • Assist with policy development and documentation support

  • Prioritize tasks, delegate as appropriate, and ensure timely follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines

Additional Information:
This is a temporary role, with a duration ranging from less than one month up to a maximum of three months, based on organizational needs. It may be full-time or part-time depending on availability and project requirements.
