The role will focus on overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance within a small office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee enrollment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
• Supervise HR functions such as payroll, time tracking, and HRIS system updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and other HR needs.
• Maintain and update HR documentation to reflect current regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace policies and benefits.
• Assist with audits and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.• Proven experience in Human Resources management, including employee relations and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and related software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
• Familiarity with business casual office settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
