Responsibilities:
• Manage the setup and maintenance of supplier and vendor profiles in a high-paced environment.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling banking information provided by vendors.
• Process and validate vendor data, including tax forms such as W9 and W8.
• Enter and maintain detailed financial information with precision using organizational systems.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data and support reporting needs.
• Interpret and execute verbal and written instructions independently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and improve processes.
• Work with accounting systems such as Oracle, Dynamics, and other platforms to manage accounts payable activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring prompt issue resolution.• Proven experience in accounts payable and vendor management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of handling sensitive banking information and ensuring data security.
• Familiarity with tax forms such as W9 and W8.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle, Dynamics, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
