• Build rapport with homeowners and ensure great experiences

• Canvassing leadership experience (hiring & training reps)
• Strong team-building and motivational skills
• Outgoing, professional, comfortable outdoors
• Home improvement/roofing/solar sales background a plus
• Flexible to a 5–6-day field schedule
