Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Global Corporate practice group in their U.S. offices.
The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience and will have U.S. capital markets experience in representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings, with a particular emphasis on equity offerings. Experience representing public companies in ’34 Act work and corporate governance work are a plus.
