Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Social Media Account Manager to join our team in Dania Beach, Florida. In this role, you will drive engagement and growth across various social platforms while creating compelling content that resonates with our B2B and consumer audiences. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including videos, posts, and contests, to attract and retain followers.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns.
• Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and building relationships with followers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to produce educational content, demos, and tutorials showcasing product features and team expertise.
• Work closely with manufacturers to highlight product benefits and address customer needs through targeted content.
• Utilize on-site studio resources to shoot and edit video content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
• Stay informed of social media trends and incorporate them into strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Occasionally pilot drones to create unique and engaging content for social channels.• At least 3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing and managing social channels.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation, including video production and editing.
• Experience in analytics and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to manage B2B-focused social media strategies while occasionally targeting consumer audiences.
• Commercial drone license and a passion for drones and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with running social media contests and community engagement strategies.
