**Salary:** $865 per week + Weekly Bonus Structure
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in prospecting new salon accounts and building lasting relationships with industry professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Travel to assigned locations and visit in person salon suite businesses meeting with salon professionals to educate them on group benefits like disability, supplemental, dental and more.
- **Reporting:** Track and report weekly progress on new leads, meetings scheduled, and outcomes achieved. Utilize CRM tools to manage and document your activities.
- **Follow-Up System:** Create and maintain an effective follow-up system to nurture leads and convert prospects into active accounts. Ensure timely communication and support for all potential clients.
- **Strategic Partnerships:** Develop strategic partnerships within the beauty industry through networking and outreach initiatives. Attend industry events and engage with key stakeholders to enhance our market presence.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
