Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their auto insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Explain insurance policy details, coverage options, and benefits clearly and concisely.

Generate accurate insurance quotes using our established systems and tools.

Process new insurance applications and manage policy endorsements and renewals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for client service.

Requirements

Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License required.

Proven track record in P&C insurance sales, with a focus on auto insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.

Familiarity with insurance quoting software and CRM systems.

Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a close-knit team.
