This role is ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about services, listings, and general inquiries

  • Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and account-related questions

  • Route inquiries to the appropriate department or team member when needed

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and service standards

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service, chat support, or call center experience preferred

  • Excellent written communication and typing skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
