We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will foster strong relationships with personal injury attorneys and guide them through our funding solutions, ensuring both clarity and trust. Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture relationships with personal injury attorneys to understand their clients' financial needs and effectively present our funding solutions.
• Deliver tailored explanations of funding options, negotiating terms, rates, and conditions to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as underwriting and operations, to ensure a seamless and compliant funding process.
• Provide accurate documentation and regular updates to all stakeholders regarding the status of applications.
• Manage a structured pipeline of prospects and active applications using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and internal policies related to litigation funding.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly performance goals and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to enhance individual and team outcomes, contributing to overall business growth.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven ability to meet targets, deliver results, and overcome challenges in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and advanced business acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a detail-oriented and customer-service-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college education preferred.
