The Opportunity
This is a unique role designed for someone who thrives on variety and impact. You’ll work directly with our CEO, President, and VP of Production, taking on high-priority projects across the business. From optimizing production schedules and KPIs to coordinating cross-department initiatives, your work will evolve as the company grows and as we see where your strengths shine.
You’ll also have the support of a dedicated assistant so you can focus on problem-solving, execution, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage projects across operations, HR, finance, IT, and sales.
- Design and track KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
- Improve scheduling and reporting systems to boost efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to implement new initiatives quickly and effectively.
- Work closely with managers, holding teams accountable while building trust and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query). SQL/analytics a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but proven problem-solving and results matter most.
- Adaptable, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving role.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to influence and the humility to learn.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $105,000 – $115,000
