Project Engineer – Land Development and Infrastructure
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with experience who is eager to grow within a professional engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to land development and infrastructure projects and an interest in learning all phases of civil engineering work.
Project Experience:
Candidates should have experience working under a Professional Engineer or engineering firm involved in planning, designing, permitting, or managing projects such as:

Agricultural, commercial, or residential land development

Municipal public works (roadway and drainage improvements, parks)
-
Potable water and wastewater systems (water main, force main, gravity sewer, pump stations)
-
Environmental restoration and stormwater management projects
Experience submitting permits to agencies such as the South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Army Corps of Engineers, or local municipalities is highly valued.
Travel:
Less than 25% travel. Most work will be completed in a hybrid office setting, with occasional day trips to project sites. Overnight travel will be rare.
Qualifications:

Eligible to sit for the FE exam (Engineering Intern Certificate preferred but not required)

Exposure to AutoCAD and/or GIS
-
Proficiency in Excel; experience with modeling or computational software is a plus

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
