At DTS, we are looking for a Director of Account Management to lead and develop our Account Management team while owning the full post-sale client lifecycle.

This role focuses on building strong, long-term client relationships and driving retention and revenue growth. The Director will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong customer-centric mindset. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Account Management team to ensure exceptional client service and retention.

  • Own and oversee the full post-sale client lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and renewals.

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize client lifetime value.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with key and strategic accounts.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Act as executive sponsor for major client relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Traffic, and Executive Leadership teams.

  • Monitor account health metrics, including retention, churn, and revenue expansion, using CRM and reporting tools.

  • Resolve escalated client issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.

  • Represent Direct Traffic Solutions in client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ experience within the logistics industry
  • 3+ years of previous Account Management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing Account Management or Client Success teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage executive-level client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong background in post-sale account management, including client retention, renewals, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
