The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to join our team. This position will support the Southeast Region and will be based out of our Fort Lauderdale office.

The Regional Vice President (RVP) provides strategic and operational leadership for a multi-branch region, overseeing all aspects of revenue generation, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability. With full P&L responsibility, the RVP drives financial performance, develops and executes growth strategies, and leads cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. This leader fosters a high-performing culture focused on safety, service delivery, team development, and EBITA achievement.

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

  • Full ownership of the region’s P&L, including revenue growth, gross margin optimization, and EBITA performance across all branches.
  • Develop, manage, and execute the regional business plan, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyze regional performance trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve or exceed goals.
  • Lead annual regional budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with Finance.

Operations & Field Execution

  • Oversee all branch-level operations and ensure consistent execution of work across the region—
  • maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and margin performance.
  • Ensure standardization of processes and operating procedures to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive collaboration between operations, sales, project management, and support functions to
  • ensure on-time, profitable delivery of all services and projects.

Sales & Market Growth

  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that grow market share in key verticals and geographies.
  • Support strategic account development and directly engage with key clients to deepen relationships and uncover cross-branch opportunities.
  • Leverage regional footprint to maximize client value through bundled solutions and multi-service offerings.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team, including Branch Managers, Sales Leaders, and Field Operations.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent, build succession plans, and foster internal mobility within the region.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement across all levels of the organization.

Customer Experience & Quality

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service delivery across all branches. Monitor satisfaction, resolve escalations, and drive improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Enforce service standards and support the implementation of customer-centric initiatives to enhance retention and loyalty.

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT) across the region.
  • Ensure regular field audits, training, and corrective actions to reduce incidents and promote safe work environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the regional liaison to corporate functions (Finance, HR, Safety, Marketing, Fleet, Supply Chain), ensuring strong communication and goal alignment.
  • Participate in executive meetings and contribute to enterprise-wide strategies, offering field-driven insights and operational context.

Requirements and Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-site or regional P&L responsibility.
  • Experience in field-based service, construction, or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver financial results.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret data, forecast performance, and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
