Position: Field Canvassing Team Leader
Lead and grow a field canvassing team — appointments only, no sales.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Learn how to recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers</li>
<li>Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.</li>
<li>Canvass neighborhoods to find old original windows, doors and damage roofing</li>
<li>Schedule appointments for FREE estimates (No Selling Required)</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as Canvasser, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or team leader in Home Improvement Industry.</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Salary, Commission &amp; Bonus</li>
<li>Earn $100,000 to $150,000 per year</li>
