We are looking for an individual who goes beyond being a "task-taker" to independently manage the front office, handle customers with confidence, and ensure seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Front Office: Manage walk-ins and inquiries from start to finish. Your goal is to provide direct solutions and high-level service rather than simply escalating to the owner.
  • Anticipate & Solve: Identify needs and fill operational gaps before they are pointed out. You don’t just follow the workflow; you master and improve it.
  • Drive Consistency: Quickly learn internal systems and maintain them with high precision, ensuring no task or duty regresses over time.
  • Expert Customer Support: Utilize your interpersonal skills and computer savvy to provide fast, professional, and independent service.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Self-Reliant: You recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without needing a daily to-do list or constant direction.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with computers and pick up new software and digital tools with ease.
