- Own the Front Office: Manage walk-ins and inquiries from start to finish. Your goal is to provide direct solutions and high-level service rather than simply escalating to the owner.
- Anticipate & Solve: Identify needs and fill operational gaps before they are pointed out. You don’t just follow the workflow; you master and improve it.
- Drive Consistency: Quickly learn internal systems and maintain them with high precision, ensuring no task or duty regresses over time.
- Expert Customer Support: Utilize your interpersonal skills and computer savvy to provide fast, professional, and independent service.
