Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Engage in both inside and outside sales efforts to maximize market reach and customer engagement.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform both inside sales (office-based) and outside sales (field-based) tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving success in a competitive environment.
