Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage payroll for an organization with 101-500 employees, maintaining timely and efficient operations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute payroll functions effectively and resolve system-related issues.
• Conduct audits to verify payroll data and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing and legal purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.• Proven experience handling full-cycle payroll processes.
• Expertise in managing payroll across multiple states.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Ability to manage payroll for mid-sized organizations (101-500 employees).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for addressing employee questions and collaborating with teams.
• Proficiency in generating and interpreting payroll reports.
